These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at ninefold.studio (the "Site"), operated by NINEFOLD COMPANY LIMITED ("Ninefold", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, layout, the Ninefold name, the Ninefold mark, and all associated brand assets — are owned by Ninefold or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Site for your own personal use.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our name, mark, or brand assets without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law (for example, fair use in news reporting or commentary). All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4 · Our products
Ninefold designs, builds, and publishes mobile applications. Those applications are provided under their own end-user licence terms and privacy policies, presented at or before download. Nothing on this Site is an offer, warranty, or commitment in respect of any product, and product plans described here may change or be discontinued at any time.
5 · Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites or services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of a third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms.
6 · Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 9 · Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will change the "Effective" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
10 · Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
