NINEFOLD COMPANY LIMITED ("Ninefold", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at ninefold.studio (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy covers the Site only. Each Ninefold mobile app, once published, will carry its own privacy policy describing the data that app collects; where an app policy and this policy differ, the app's policy governs that app.

We collect as little as possible. Specifically:
2.1 · Information you give us
If you email us (for example at support@ninefold.com.vn), we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and the contents of your message. We use this only to reply and to keep a record of our correspondence.
2.2 · Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information when you visit the Site — such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the date and time of your request. These server logs are used to keep the Site secure and running, and to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
2.3 · Cookies
The Site is a static website and does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we ever introduce strictly necessary or analytics cookies, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
3 · How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the information or support you ask for;
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
- To comply with our legal obligations; and
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or misuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We are based in Vietnam and may process information in Vietnam and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with applicable law, including using appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
7 · Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above — for example, we keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards — and then delete or anonymise it.
8 · Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

9 · Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Any Ninefold app directed to or likely to be used by children will comply with applicable children's privacy laws and will say so in that app's own policy.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS for the Site. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to address vulnerabilities promptly.
11 · Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Effective" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
